This is a large apartment owned by an artist who has her studio here. The property is 120 years old and is a registered historical building. There is an internal patio with a gallery. The home is simply decorated and guests are welcome to use the lounge area. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and they have a private bathroom. There is an additional fold-out sofa/futon in the living room. Within just a few minutes walk are a number of the main sights, the Royal Palace, the Gran Via shopping district and the best selection of restaurants, specialty stores and cafes. Smoking is permitted here and there is a small dog.
